Cut the remaining vegetables into small cubes and place in a preheated pan, after adding a little vegetable (sunflower) oil. Put them out for 10-15 minutes. Mix pumpkin with vegetables in a deep bowl and add 1 cup vegetable stock. Bring all ingredients to a smooth consistency with a blender. Add the remaining stock gradually. When serving the dish, garnish the pumpkin soup with croutons and chopped herbs (dill, parsley).
Step 2
When making meat soup for children, you need 100-150 grams of turkey. Pre-boil the meat over low heat for 40-60 minutes. Peel the carrots and pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Add them to the broth 30 minutes before the meat is done. Grind all ingredients using a blender. Dilute the prepared mixture with milk until a puree consistency is obtained. The meat soup is ready. Garnish with chopped parsley and dill before serving.
