The most exciting first months of your baby's life are already over, the baby has grown a little, and you have become accustomed to the role of parents. At the age of three to six months, the baby begins to move and tries to roll over from his back to his tummy. Help your child, teach him to roll over, because active physical activity has a positive effect on the overall development of the baby.
Instructions
Step 1
Give your baby a light massage and do simple gymnastics with him. "Baby" massage is a gentle light stroking, they will help to align muscle tone and strengthen the body. To strengthen the muscles of the legs, exercise "bicycle" is suitable. The pens also need attention: they need to be crossed in turn on the chest, then bred in different directions. Do all the exercises smoothly and in four positions: lying on your stomach, on your back and on both sides, along the way, talk affectionately with your baby. Exercise daily will help your child move quickly and easily to the coup.
Step 2
Try a rattle exercise. Take a bright, pretty toy and slowly move it from side to side. At first, the baby will follow her only with his eyes, then he will turn his head, and over time he will reach for the rattle and turn on its side.
Step 3
Place the baby on the back. Give the finger of your left hand to the baby to grip, and with the right, grab both legs by the heels. One of your toes should be between the ankles of the crumbs' feet. Then begin to slightly turn the pre-straightened legs together with the pelvis and at the same time pull the child's handle forward so that he can turn his head and shoulders. This exercise should be repeated several times a day in both directions.
Step 4
Throw one leg of the crumbs over the other, so that it reaches the surface on which it lies with its knee. The baby will be uncomfortable, as a result of which he will begin to strain and make attempts to roll over. In this way, he will learn how to properly tighten the muscles. At first, help a little so that the baby understands how to roll over, and then only hold the leg. When the child manages to roll over on his stomach, his second hand will remain under him, help the baby to release it. Over time, the child himself will understand that the pen must be taken out. Do this exercise in each direction several times.
