Problematic pregnancy, painful childbirth, sleepless nights, problems of kindergarten and school - there are really enough worries with children. The question is, why are children needed then? Sometimes even those people who have already become parents do not know the answer.

Why have children
Why have children

When asked why children are really needed, not a single parent will honestly and clearly answer, not even to himself. Child psychologists conducted a study on this issue, during which several typical responses of parents to the question of why they still need children were revealed.

Revealed answers spoke of only one thing: giving life to a child, parents pursued exclusively personal goals. For example, grandparents really wanted grandchildren, and the young couple decided to have a child. Or the baby was born to save a falling apart marriage. The selfish motives of adults, one way or another, affect the future life of the child. After all, no newborn is obliged to fulfill the expectations and plans of mom and dad. This is unfair to say the least.

Child as an opportunity to share love

Most clients of psychologists receive the same diagnosis: psychological trauma in the family as a child. All experts unanimously say that adult problems stem from difficult relationships with parents. The fact is that mothers and fathers see the future of the child in their own way - his status in society, financial situation, worldview. But parents forget about one thing: a child is not a thing, he is the same person who just needs help to grow up.

Children are needed only to have the opportunity to share the love that overwhelms their parents, to tell about the wonderful world in which people live, to share life with the kids. You need to start a child only in order to be interested in him, his life, and get joy and pleasure from it.

Happy children grow up in those families where parents disinterestedly and joyfully show interest in their kids. The task of mom and dad is to provide their offspring with everything they need to maintain life in a growing body, and that's all. With this approach, from childhood, the child solves the problems that arise on his way independently, he himself makes mistakes and draws conclusions from them. This does not mean that the child only needs to be dressed and fed. It is important to show him the possibilities of life, but not to decide for him.

Children like fun

There is a lot of trouble and inconvenience from children, but only parents know how to enjoy it without expecting a return on investment. Does a person who adores music expect something from it? Does a gardener who grows delightful flowers in his garden demand a reward? Likewise, parents simply observe the life of the child, acquaint him with the world around him and enjoy it themselves.
