It is necessary

  • - Ready soap base or baby soap without additives;
  • - base oil (olive, coconut, almond, sea buckthorn, rosehip oil or any vegetable oil) - 3 tsp;
  • - essential oil (prescription) - 3-5 drops;
  • - water - 200 ml;
  • - fillers (flower petals, seeds, grated zest or a small toy);
  • - utensils for mixing components;
  • - soap molds.

Instructions

Step 1

Use a pre-made soap base (sold in specialty stores) or a bar of regular, unscented baby soap. Trust your child to grate the soap on a fine grater. It is desirable that the crumbs are the same size.

Step 2

Prepare a water bath. Place a smaller saucepan in a large pot of water, put on fire. Pour the base oil into a small saucepan. Pour soap crumbs into the heated oil. Stir the mixture until the soap is melted. If the child is still small, do not instruct him to stand at the stove. Schoolchildren, on the other hand, can be trusted to stir soap in a water bath.

Step 3

Gently add water to the melted soap. You should have a smooth, creamy mass. Remove the saucepan from the water bath.

Step 4

Add essential oils to the mixture drop by drop. Let the baby choose the scent he likes. If the child suffers from allergic reactions, the addition of essential oils to the soap should be avoided.

Step 5

Add recipe fillers to prepared soap. These can be ground coffee beans or flower petals.

Step 6

Lubricate the mold you will be pouring the soap into with oil or cling film. This will allow you to easily release the caked bar of soap later. You can buy ready-made soap molds or use any plastic jars and baby sand molds.

Step 7

Pour soap into prepared molds. If the soap base is transparent, you can put a small children's toy inside. Let the solution solidify. Remove the resulting soap bars. If the soap cannot be released, try dipping the dish in hot water for a few seconds. The mold will heat up and the prepared soap will be easily removed.
