The receipt of secondary education by children at home in our country is carried out in two forms: home education and family education. Home-based education is provided to children who cannot attend school for health reasons. With this form of education, the child is drawn up an individual learning plan, teachers visit him at home. In family education, the child studies at home independently with the help of parents and attends school only to pass regular certifications and exams.
Instructions
Step 1
If your child is being transferred to homeschooling for health reasons, collect all of their medical records. Contact the deputy chief physician for clinical and expert work (deputy for CEP) at the polyclinic at your place of residence. After the clinical expert commission, you will be given a certificate of the need for home education for your child. Please note: the certificate must have at least 3 signatures, rectangular and round stamps.
Step 2
If you are voluntarily transferring your child to Family Education, contact your local Department of Education with a Family Education Transfer application. A special commission will be created, which will include representatives of the department, the school and the child's parents. As a result of the meeting of the commission, an order will be issued on the attachment of the child to a specific school for external studies and final certification.
Step 3
With a statement from the clinic or an order from the department, contact the principal of the school to which your child was assigned. Write an application addressed to the school principal to transfer your child to home or family education. An order for the school will be issued on the basis of the documents you submitted.
Step 4
Together with you, the school administration will develop a plan for your child's education, defining the certification schedule.
Step 5
If the child is transferred to family education, an agreement is concluded between the school and the parents. It should clearly spell out the rights and obligations of all parties (schools, parents and the child himself), the timing of certification.
Step 6
Parents are given a log of the lessons passed. It records the topics covered, the number of study hours (for home-based education) and the child's progress. The school provides the child with textbooks and other methodological literature.
