Young children love to play, transforming into different birds and animals. In order to try on this or that image, a child often needs only one characteristic element from the animal's appearance. A fluffy tail will help him become a fox for a while, and long ears will turn him into a mischievous, cheerful hare.
It is necessary
- - white cardboard;
- - scissors;
- - pencil;
- - ruler;
- - glue;
- - the cloth;
- - wire;
- - hair band.
Instructions
Step 1
Make cardboard bunny ears. Measure the circumference of your baby's head. If you do not have a measuring tape at hand, you can do this with an ordinary ribbon or thick thread. Make a 3 cm wide strip of cardboard with a length equal to the circumference of the child's head. Leave a 1.5 cm allowance for gluing.
Step 2
On a piece of cardboard, draw a rectangle 17 cm long and 4 cm wide. Draw a hare's ear inside, resembling a chamomile petal. Make it wide and rounded at the top, then gradually narrow it down to 2.5 cm towards the bottom. Cut out the part. Make a second eyelet using this template.
Step 3
Attach the blanks to the middle of the long strip from the wrong side. Leave a 5 - 6 cm gap between them. Color in the details if desired. For example, make the inside of the ear pink or highlight it with a black felt-tip pen. Now glue the rim from the strip. The bunny ears are ready.
Step 4
Make fabric bunny ears. To do this, first make a paper pattern like cardboard ears. Transfer it to the fabric. Cut four pieces from the template, leaving 1 cm for the hem. Sew the workpieces in pairs from the wrong side, while leaving the bottom of the product unstitched.
Step 5
Unscrew the ears. Iron with an iron. Sew the details on the typewriter along the contour 0.5 cm from the edge. Slide the flexible wire so that a few centimeters of it remain free at both ends. Fold and hem the bottom of the workpiece by hand.
Step 6
Attach the parts to the headband and wire them tightly with wire. Do not forget to leave a distance of 2 - 3 cm between the ears. Bend the ends of the wire inside the winding. Sew the rim on top with fabric or tape. The ears of the hare are ready.
