Step 3
Take the child in your arms, turn the back towards you and press with your hands. Squat, spin, bend forward, etc., accompanying gymnastics with rhythmic rhymes. With the help of these exercises, the child's vestibular apparatus is trained.
Step 4
Turn the baby with his back to you and, holding him by his sides, lift him up and down. Thus, the child's back muscles will be strengthened. In addition, he will become familiar with concepts such as “high” and “low”, “large” and “small”.
Step 5
Take the baby in your arms, hold the chest with one hand, and hold the legs with the other and bring it to the mirror. Do this as often as possible so that he learns to recognize his reflection.
