You should not actively play sports while carrying a baby (although everything here is also individual). But it is very useful to walk as much as possible, breathing in fresh air. Wander leisurely around the surroundings, admire the nature, think about what a wonderful position you have now. As a result, mood will rise, metabolism will increase, and excess calories will be burned.

Watch for swelling that occurs frequently during pregnancy. But this does not mean that they are safe, they will not harm the child. If you wear a ring, it can give a signal about violations in the water balance: do not take it off at night, but try it in the morning. Sitting tight? It means that you have problems with the withdrawal of fluid. Drink less after six in the evening, and in order to normalize the metabolism, use herbal diuretics: decoction of lingonberry leaves or cranberry fruit drinks (in addition, they will enrich the body with vitamin C).
