Most families with small children know the concept of "dairy cuisine", but not all have the proper stock of knowledge about what documents must be provided to receive free meals. It will also be useful to know what set is appropriate for children of different ages, whether it is possible to replace part of the food for certain indications.
Who is supposed to get food
The legislation of the Russian Federation provides for the right to provide children with dairy products, from birth to adulthood. However, there are some clarifications. Under the new changes introduced in 2013, free dairy cuisine is provided:
- all children aged 0-36 months;
- up to 7 years old - for large families;
- up to 15 - suffering from chronic diseases;
- up to 18 - for disabled children.
How to get food
A prescription for a dairy kitchen is issued by a local pediatrician no later than the 25th day of each month. Until the age of two, no additional documents, other than those available in the children's clinic, need to be provided. Parents write an application for a dairy kitchen, indicating their age. Such statements are written in the following periods: for a newborn, at 6 months, a year, at two, at three. If it is necessary to change the table according to age or according to the special indications of a doctor, statements will have to be written more often. After 3 years, it is necessary to submit a certificate to the social security agency confirming the status of a “poor family”.
What is included in the diet of children from 1 year old
Children of this age are entitled to a set that includes milk (600 ml), kefir (600 ml) and cottage cheese (50 g). If desired, cottage cheese with fruit additives can be used. However, food is not the same everywhere. The diet described above applies to residents of Moscow. Each individual subject of the Russian Federation has its own rules for obtaining milk nutrition. If the city administration has funds, the dairy kitchen is expanding. For example, the kit may contain fruit juices, children's kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese, cereals.
In some cities, meals are provided only with kefir (as was the case in Soviet times). In others, at the place of registration of the child, the mother receives a card with a deposit of 20 thousand rubles. She can dispose of this money for up to 1, 5 years, paying for food in the dairy kitchen. In this case, the diet is determined not only by the testimony of the pediatrician, but also by the personal desire of the parents.
Is it possible to get food not by registration
The law provides for the possibility of obtaining a prescription for a dairy kitchen not only at the place of registration, but also at the place of actual residence. To do this, you need to contact the issuing point assigned to the place of residence and apply for the inclusion of your child in the lists.
