There are many combinations of products that must be consumed during fasting days in order to gradually gain weight and at the same time provide the fruit with the necessary substances: these are fruits, vegetables, cereals, and dairy products. Thus, the expectant mother can easily choose a “hungry” day to her taste.

If you decide that you will stabilize your weight by consuming fruits, apples are best for them - they are rich in iron and fiber. In this case, 10 medium yellow or green apples should be consumed during the day. Be sure to drink - weak tea or non-carbonated mineral water.

For a vegetable fasting day, boiled potatoes are suitable, best of all in their uniforms - this method of heat treatment keeps vitamins in the tuber. During the day, you can eat 5-6 medium potatoes without salt and drink 1 liter of low-fat kefir. You can also opt for stewed squash or pumpkin.

Of cereals for unloading, buckwheat is optimal - it is rich in vitamins and is very useful for digestion. If there are no problems with stool, you can replace buckwheat with rice. 200-250 grams of ready-made unsalted porridge should be eaten during the day, washed down with low-fat kefir or yogurt.

Fermented milk discharge is extremely useful, because yogurt, kefir, fermented baked milk, curdled milk contain a natural ferment that contributes to normal digestion. You can consume up to 2 liters of these low-fat products per day.

With all methods of unloading, do not forget about the consumption of liquid, the volume of which cannot be less than 2 liters. In addition to mineral water, vitamin-rich unsweetened compote, fresh juice, fruit drink, rosehip broth or weak tea are suitable.

Obviously, there are a lot of products that can be consumed by pregnant women on fasting days. However, it is still worth consulting with your doctor, who will select an individual program for a fasting day.
