A lot has been said about preparing for the birth of a child. You've probably already read about what to buy and do. I would like to share with you a list of those items that seemed absolutely useless to me. This article is my purely personal experience. You may have everything differently.
Instructions
Step 1
- Carrying cradle
An inconvenient thing. If you need to go somewhere quickly with your child without a stroller, then a sling is much more convenient for this.
Step 2
- Sterilizer
An absolutely unnecessary thing! We only sterilized baby items for the first two weeks - we stole them in a large pot, filled them with water and boiled them - very simple! And then, two weeks later, they just washed it with soda. Excessive sterility is also not useful for a baby.
Step 3
- Breast pump.
It turned out to be uncomfortable for me. It's easier for me to express with my hands.
Step 4
- Slide for swimming.
Somehow it didn't take root with us, although the idea is not bad, but we just kept the baby in the old fashioned way.
Step 5
- A bottle with an anti-colic system.
We were tortured with her. It does not protect from colic, but washing it longer than a regular bottle.
Step 6
- Developing mat
We did not lie on it for long. It is much better to put a simple, bright travel rug on the floor with lots of toys nearby.
Step 7
- Baby powder.
We liked the baby oil better, although, probably, the powder should be in the house just in case, but we never used it.
Step 8
- Baby dishwashing detergent.
I don’t trust this chemistry anyway! Plain soda or mustard powder is great for cleaning baby supplies.
Step 9
- Undershirts, romper with elastic, T-shirts and pants for newborns
These are all uncomfortable clothes for crumbs. Slips or bodysuits with sliders with buttons or buttons are best. And even better - simple diapers! Separate shirts and pants will come in handy later when the child is sitting and crawling.
Step 10
- Scratches
Somehow they weren't useful to us. They cut my nails, so I didn't scratch myself.
Step 11
- Baby monitor
It's even funny to discuss this subject with a one-room apartment! When you have your own home, then. this is probably a very useful acquisition.
Step 12
- Baby changing table
We had a changing board - it's a handy thing, but we only used it for 3 months. then the baby grew up and we carry out all the hygiene on our bed.
Step 13
- Manege
There are children who don't sit there at all. We didn't buy it initially. since we don't have much space, but my friend keeps toys there because my daughter doesn't recognize this place.
