As you know, the content determines the form. Although sometimes the content depends on the form. It was once considered indecent to express emotions in public. It was believed that a person should have restraint and hide all his problems far inside.

Now it is especially important to be a cheerful person - and life will become more fun and easier, and you will encourage those around you with your positive attitude. But after all, in everything you need to know when to stop, if a person constantly pours jokes, constantly jokes and teases someone, this behavior can quickly tire anyone. Such a person can be called a jester, and this is not a very grateful calling.

Instructions

Step 1

Do not hesitate to joke, joke more often. If you are in a good mood, be sure to share it with your friends. Friends will appreciate and also have fun. And funny friends, in turn, will charge you with fun and lift your spirits if it suddenly falls. But remember, you need to joke so that your friends laugh with you, but not at you. You can, of course, pretend to be a fool, create absurdities and carry all sorts of nonsense, but in this case, you will have to forget about your good position in society. Being funny doesn't mean being funny. Although sometimes you can fool around a little.

Step 2

Laugh in the face at the difficulties that life presents to us. Keep in your head that if you worry about difficulties, sitting on a chair and propping up your sad head with your hands, it won't get any better. You need to be able to distract yourself, find an interesting activity that you can immerse yourself in. Then you will spend less of your nerves, and it will be easier for you to look at the world with a smile.

Step 3

Don't be afraid to be altruistic, help people, even those you see for the first time. You probably noticed that if you help a person with his problem, your soul becomes easier and calmer.

Help your friends too, they will appreciate it. Just do not overdo it, otherwise they will get used to your help. But simple acquaintances, especially those with whom you had a strained relationship, should not stretch out a hand.

Imagine that one of your not-so-good friends comes up to you and unexpectedly asks for a little financial help. He says that he respects you, that you are his friend and begs you to lend him money. You can politely let him know that you will not give him money. Most likely, this person is just trying to extort money from you, not borrow. “Helping” such people once, expect them to visit again and again. I am making this claim based on personal experience.
