It turns out that the reasons may be different, but you shouldn't worry about this at all. But doctors do not recommend smoking immediately after intercourse, assuring that this clogs the vessels of the genital organs and in the future can lead to impotence. So maybe it's better to think about something pleasant with your partner and forget about nicotine ?!
