There is hardly a child who would not like to watch cartoons. Along with books and educational television programs, they play a significant role in upbringing, personality development, and the formation of a child's worldview.
Animated films for toddlers help a child to familiarize themselves with the concepts of good and evil in a form that is accessible to them. Good cartoons help you learn something new and greatly expand your horizons, stimulate the development of imagination. Their influence is reflected in the model, in the style of relations between babies and others.
But we can only talk about the benefits of cartoons if they are of good quality, with a good plot. Unfortunately, there is a large number of low-quality and even dangerous works for the child's psyche. Therefore, parents must control what the child is looking at.

By what signs can you distinguish good cartoons from bad ones is a question of interest to parents who care about the development of their child. When choosing something for viewing, one must first of all pay attention to such criteria as a cognitive and kind plot, absence of violence, aggression. If the main characters are aggressive and try to harm others, while the manifestations of ruthless attitude towards others are described in great detail, watching such cartoons is likely to provoke cruel or aggressive behavior in the child towards others.
If evil is somehow manifested in a cartoon, it must certainly be punished. Children need to see and understand that heroes are always responsible for bad deeds.
What cartoons for toddlers should be
When choosing cartoons for very young children, it is better to give preference to short stories with a simple and understandable plot.
