Instructions
Step 1
Entering a child into a foreign passport begins with a visit to the Criminal Code, HOA or Housing Office, which registered him at the place of residence. Here you need to get an extract from the house book.
Step 2
Further, in the passport office of the police department of the district where the child is registered, it is necessary to obtain and fill out an application form for establishing citizenship. Now, however, some passport offices for these purposes allow you to write a statement by hand in a free form.
Step 3
To obtain proof of the child's citizenship, you will have to pay the corresponding receipt. Do not forget to present along with the receipt at the passport office the application, the passports of both parents, their copies, the child's birth certificate, a copy of it, and an extract from the house book.
Step 4
You will also have to fill out a special form. It should be remembered that for a child under 14 years old to travel abroad, it is enough that he be entered in the passport of at least one of the accompanying parents. However, it can be entered in the passport of both mom and dad.
Step 5
As a result, the subdivision of the Federal Migration Service of Russia at the place of permanent registration will enter information about the child in your passport.
