Instructions
Step 1
To obtain a passport for a child to travel outside the Russian Federation, one of the parents should contact the Federal Migration Service.
Step 2
Fill in the proposed application forms in duplicate. In the application, you must indicate the child's full name, date, month, year, place of birth and stick a photo of the child in the right place.
Step 3
You should also submit a birth certificate and a copy of it, photographs made for a passport, a receipt for payment of state duty.
Step 4
After submitting all the documents, you will be informed when you can pick up your passport.
Step 5
To obtain a passport of the Russian Federation, you need to collect a number of documents and contact the passport department of your area or the housing department, if the staff has an appropriate employee to issue a passport.
Step 6
The personal presence of the child will be required. Application, birth certificate and its copy, passport photos, parents' passport with a record of information about the child to confirm citizenship, receipt of payment of state duty.
Step 7
If a child, upon reaching the age of 14, does not receive a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within one month, the parents will be issued an administrative fine under article 19.15 part 2. The fine can be from 200 to 2500 rubles.
