Instructions
Step 1
For the lid, cut a 4 cm piece of cardboard tube. Line one end on a piece of thin cardboard. Cut and cut in half.
Step 2
Flatten the tube slightly. Cut in half lengthwise. Straighten one half and glue cardboard semicircles at the ends.
Step 3
For the chest, trace the base of the lid in the middle of the cardboard box. Add four sidewalls 2 cm high.
Step 4
Sell along the red lines. Cut out the pattern and flip it over. Bend the walls up. Tie them up with duct tape.
Step 5
Stick and press the foil on all sides of the lid and chest drawer with the shiny side out. Attach the lid with tape along the long edge.
Step 6
Age the outside of the chest with a dark brown paint, semi-dry brush. Leave glimpses of silver. When dry, cover the inside with crumpled foil.
Step 7
Punch coins out of the foil-lined juice box. Treasure will be shiny beads, old jewelry, chain scraps and cutlery from the dollhouse.
Step 8
Cut to size pieces of old flat shoe laces and glue them around the chest as shown. Fill the chest with your treasures.
