Usually, doctors ask you to turn off the devices, so turn on the silent mode in advance. Almost any mobile phone has a stopwatch - a useful and useful thing during contractions. With its help, you can track their frequency. Take a bottle of drinking water with you to the antenatal ward. Moisturize her mouth, but do not drink it, otherwise you may provoke vomiting. Women get cold during contractions, so take a jacket and warm socks with you to the ward.

Don't forget to bring your personal hygiene items: shampoo, liquid soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. Buy linen made from natural fabrics in advance in the store. You will also need pads after giving birth. Take as many wet wipes with you as possible. They will have to be used instead of toilet paper - after childbirth, women's organs are damaged, and they need special care. For hair, use a comb and an elastic band. Prepare hand, face and body towels in advance. Get rubber slippers, as you will go to the shower, and warm and fluffy slippers will get wet. Take the necessary utensils with you.
