Step 1
On the way to and from kindergarten, study the street you are walking with your child. Draw the baby's attention to the objects you pass by: trees and bushes, roads, buildings, bus stops, shops, kiosks, etc., explain their purpose. If you need to cross the road, at the same time teach your child the rules of the road, the meanings of traffic light colors.
Step 2
As the seasons change, celebrate with your child the changes taking place in the environment and with familiar objects: yellowed leaves on trees in the fall, snow-covered branches, snow caps on the roofs of houses in winter, melting snow and grass breaking through from under it in spring, puddles on the road after the summer rain.
Step 3
Explain to your child the name of your street and the ones you walk on more often. Tell us what or with whom it is connected, to what person or event it is dedicated or named after. For example, walking along Gagarin Street, you need to remember that he was the first cosmonaut, and on Zheleznodorozhnikov Boulevard, talk about those who help travel to other cities and countries.
Step 4
Walking with your child in city parks, squares, memorable places, on embankments, show him beautiful historical buildings, lanterns, flower beds, fountains. Ask your child to describe the place in which he is - this contributes to the development of speech and imaginative thinking. The walk should be not only entertaining, but also educational: for example, in Victory Park, tell your child about the Great Patriotic War and the victory of our people, and learn the names of flowers on the flower square or alley.
Step 5
As he grows up, introduce the child to the monuments of history and architecture, take him to art galleries and exhibitions. From time to time, visit a local history museum or a city history museum: it is difficult to grasp a large amount of information from the first time, and as you grow older, your kid will be able to understand and connect museum exhibits and historical events.
Step 6
Take your child on city tours, to the zoo, botanical garden, oceanarium, dolphinarium, planetarium. Children love entertainment, so don't forget about amusement parks, circus and puppet theater or young spectator theater.
Step 7
Don't miss the citywide holidays (Maslenitsa, Sabantuy, Flower Festival) and special events for children (Children's Day, New Year trees). Such events delight children very much and are deposited in their memory for a long time.

During walks and excursions, do not forget to take pictures, and when viewing photos, discuss them with your child - this will help him remember the places where you walked and the objects that you saw.
