We all want our child to grow up to be a truly happy person. We imagine who our child will become when he is not yet born. We would like to instill in him a love of music, sports or creativity. In this case, the main thing is not to forget that any child is a separate person. Whoever your child becomes, it is the responsibility of the parents to educate him so that he can become happy and successful in life, and realize his abilities and talents himself.
The most important thing is love
You should never scold a child. When you scold him, you let him know that he is bad. The child should feel your love. If a child associates childhood with loving and caring parents, his self-esteem will not be underestimated. It is difficult for a person with low self-esteem to be happy. Do not judge your baby, listen to him, say that he is loved and important to you.
Give your child the choice
Try to give your child a choice whenever possible. Ask your child, for example, what he wants for dinner, a roll or toast. Offer him two or three options to choose from. This will give the child the opportunity to feel important and develop an opinion.
Communicate with your child
Even with the youngest child, talk to and discuss with him his feelings or thoughts in different situations. Tell him that there is nothing wrong with showing emotions, and he will feel your support.
Development from birth
From birth, it is necessary to develop a child in accordance with age. Be sure to sing, dance, paint with him. Observe what attracts him more and what less. Encourage him to be curious and inquisitive.
Independence
You are an adult and smart, and, of course, many things come to you better and faster. But this is not a reason to take away from the little man the chance to become independent. Let him do some things not so perfectly or not so quickly, but this is his way. Let him make mistakes, and then learn from them, do not interfere with him. You can guide him, only without criticism, and then the child will trust you and, with your help, will become an independent person.
Teach responsibility
Show your child by example that you are not making empty promises. But if you make a promise, always keep the promise. Never scare or scold a small child for mistakes. Help him get out of a difficult situation. Explain to him that he is responsible for his actions. Remember that every child comes into this world with a pure consciousness. Therefore, everything that you give to your child will be imprinted in his soul.
