Step 1
First of all, the parents of the crumbs should receive a birth certificate. To do this, mom or dad with passports of two parents and a certificate from the maternity hospital should come to the nearest department of the registry office. However, this is still not enough for registration in an apartment. At the local police station, the birth certificate must be stamped with an indication of citizenship, and the child's details must be entered in the parents' passports. For this, accordingly, the parents' passports are needed (originals and copies, including pages with data on the registration of each) and the child's birth certificate (also the original and a copy).
Step 2
Next, mom and dad must decide where to register the child. Spouses living together, but registered in different apartments, are now not uncommon (for example, the husband is registered in the apartment where the family lives, and the wife is registered with her parents). Most often, the baby is registered at the place of registration of the father. In this case, you will need a certificate from the house management or EIRTS (single information and settlement center), to which the spouse's dwelling belongs. The certificate confirms that the child is not registered with the mother.
Step 3
A stamped birth certificate and a certificate of lack of registration should be taken to your house management or EIRC of the area. In addition to the birth certificate of the child and the certificate, mom and dad should provide passports and a house book to the house management. Sometimes it is also recommended that you bring your utility bills for the last month. Already in the house management it is necessary to write an application for the registration of the baby.
