Necessary

  • - the passport;
  • - medical policy;
  • - contract with a commercial medical center;
  • - contract with a commercial medical center

Instructions

Step 1

You can register for free at the antenatal clinic located at the place of your registration or at the place of actual residence, regardless of registration. To do this, you must present a personal passport and an OMI (compulsory health insurance) policy. As a rule, the patients of the antenatal clinic are monitored by a doctor who is assigned to a specific area. But keep in mind that you can choose any obstetrician-gynecologist working in this antenatal clinic.

Step 2

Now there is an opportunity to be monitored in commercial medical centers. When choosing one, find out the reviews about it. Then you will need to choose a specialist, conclude a contract and agreement. The cost of the contract may be different: from 10-15 to 60-80 thousand rubles - the amount depends on the volume of examinations, the duration of pregnancy, doctors' consultations, etc.

Step 3

Find out if the medical center issues an exchange card, because even if you have a license to provide obstetric medical care, it is not always a guarantee that you will receive this document. The exchange card contains the results of all examinations that were carried out during pregnancy, and it is necessary for you to be admitted to the hospital. If you do not have an exchange card, you can only go to the observational department of the maternity hospital, where there are unexamined patients, as well as women with various infectious diseases.

Step 4

Please note that you should be given an exchange card after the 28th week of pregnancy. In addition, check if this commercial center can be used for sick leave and maternity leave.

Step 5

Get registered early in pregnancy (preferably before 12 weeks), this increases the likelihood of a normal pregnancy and childbirth. At the same time, you need to start taking tests, examinations by specialists in order to exclude possible troubles and, if necessary, start timely treatment.

Step 6

During the observation period, the obstetrician-gynecologist will systematically monitor the dynamics of your condition, prescribe certain examinations for each stage of pregnancy, in order to avoid various unforeseen complications. In addition, according to the laws of the Russian Federation, all women registered for a period of up to 12 weeks are paid a one-time allowance in the amount of half the minimum wage.
