If you have a difficult pregnancy, a threat of miscarriage or other problems, contact your gynecologist who monitors your pregnancy. He will be able to refer you to a hospital for treatment or monitoring of the fetus. At the end of hospital treatment, a sick leave is also issued.
Step 5
Write a vacation application. In accordance with article 260 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, before maternity leave, at the request of a woman, she is provided with annual paid leave, regardless of the length of service with this employer. Step 6
If you have older children under the age of 14, then in the event of a child's illness, the district pediatrician will be able to issue you a sick leave to care for the child at any time, regardless of the gestational age.
