For parents, their baby is the best in the world. For him to grow up smart, mom and dad will have to work hard. Nobody denies the importance of genetic inclinations, but intelligence must be developed. Here you cannot do without the help of parents.
Instructions
Step 1
The more parents communicate with the baby, the higher the level of his intelligence. Even if he doesn't understand almost anything yet, his rapidly developing brain picks up grains of information. Read children's poems aloud to your baby. When he gets a little older, start reading books. Show him pictures at the same time, explaining who is depicted on them. Repeat this regularly. Very soon the child will remember what each picture means and will have great pleasure in reading.
Step 2
When the baby learns to sit, start playing educational games with him. Even a simple constructor, a pyramid, balls perfectly develop not only the coordination of movements and fine motor skills of the child, but also his imagination. And the better the imagination works, the more the mind benefits.
Step 3
And so the baby began to walk confidently. From now on, try to draw his attention to any interesting object. If you see a bridge across the river in the distance, tell him why it was built. For example, you can say the following: "You see, cars are driving on it, just like the ones you play with at home, only they are much larger and heavier."
Step 4
If you went with your child to the zoo, ask him to describe an animal. Even if for a start it will be the simplest description, for example, a large elephant, a striped tiger. Gradually, asking clarifying questions, get the child to add characteristics of animals, for example, a gray elephant, he has a long trunk. Such exercises greatly develop memory and vocabulary.
Step 5
As you get older, get more complex games for your baby, as well as coloring books, plasticine, clay, etc. Drawing and sculpting are very beneficial for the development of the child. At first, help him delicately and unobtrusively. Remember that it depends to a large extent on how your child grows up.
