Buy a variety of teaching literature for first graders. Write more with your child and repeat the spelling of words.

Let your child flip through books as often as possible. So he will have a good visual memory - the key to competent writing. The main thing is not to overload the first grader.

Many children who are beginning to learn to write, and even older children, hold the pen incorrectly: they squeeze it tighter than necessary; not in the right way, put fingers or bend them strongly, turn the hand strongly. Show your child how to hold the pen correctly and make sure it is chosen correctly. Be considerate, friendly, calm and persistent, and your efforts with your child will lead to excellent results.
