By the fall, many children fall ill with various colds. And so that their ailments do not develop into serious or, even worse, chronic diseases, it is important to cure them in a timely manner. Here folk remedies and the Golden Star balm come to the aid of parents.

Necessary

Balm "Golden Star" or "Doctor Mom", honey, raisins, olive oil, raspberry broth

Instructions

Step 1

Balm "Gold Star" or "Doctor Mom" effectively help in the early stages of a cold. Rub them to the child in biologically active points: slightly to the right and left of the bridge of the nose, in the "third eye" on the forehead. The main thing is to make sure that the balm does not get into the eyes.

Step 2

If you are not allergic to honey, you can resort to honey therapy. To do this, lubricate the inner canals of the nose with honey, and place a hot freshly boiled egg on the left and right of the bridge of the nose. To keep the nose not too hot, the eggs can be wrapped in a cloth.

Step 3

When coughing, rub your chest and back with the Golden Star or Doctor Mom balm. Then wrap the body tightly with a scarf and, so that the scarf does not unwind, put on a T-shirt on the child. Take care of the child's heart! If you use this therapy, you do not need to additionally warm the child: no hot baths, mustard plasters or heating pads!

Step 4

A dry cough is an alarming symptom. It can develop into pneumonia. To prevent this from happening, rub the baby's chest and back with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of ammonia and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.

Step 5

Also, with a dry cough, a decoction of raisins helps. It is prepared like this: 100 g of raisins are cooked over low heat (you can in a teapot) under a lid, then the mixture is cooled, squeezed out. Drink half a glass of broth 3-4 times a day.

No less useful is a decoction of almond crusts. It should be taken 2-3 times a day, 2-3 tablespoons. And of course, don't forget about the raspberry infusion!

Step 6

For a cold, the following raspberry-currant decoction will help the child. Several sprigs of raspberries and currants, 1 spoonful of rose hips, pour boiling water, let it brew for 20 minutes, drain. Drink half a glass 3-4 times a day. Before that, you can give your child 1 tablespoon of olive oil. However, olive oil should not be given to a child under 1 year old.
