- Several multi-colored hint cards. Each depicts an object next to which you need to look for the next clue. The last card features a beautifully wrapped package.
- For a child of preschool or school age, picture cards can be replaced with notes.
Instructions
Step 1
While the child is sleeping, hide the gift in a beautiful and mysterious package and lay out the clue cards around the apartment. Place the first card so that the birthday person can quickly find it.
Step 2
Tell your child that you are turning into heroes of a fairy tale and go on a journey to a magical city. A long and difficult road awaits you and you have to overcome many dangers. But at the end of the journey, something interesting awaits you. To do this, you need to be able to solve riddles. Invite your child to see what has changed in the room.
Step 3
Review the first card with your child and ask what is on it. Invite him to think about what the picture on the card means. Stimulate the child's answers with leading questions until he guesses that he needs to go and look next to the object that is being drawn.
Walk with your baby through all the stages. At the end, he will find an unusual package.
Let your child unwrap the bag on their own and examine the gift. Offer to play with a new toy.
