Purchase a semi-rigid mattress and a small pillow for your baby to keep the spine in the correct position during sleep. The softer the child's bed, the more chances he has to face the problem of a "backache".
Step 2
Gymnastics will help to strengthen muscles and develop correct posture. Do a set of simple exercises with your child regularly. Use a ribbon or stick for gymnastics. For example, here's one of the exercises: the baby raises a stick or tape over his head, holding the ends, then twists his arms behind his back and back. After that, he makes turns with a ribbon (stick) to the right and left.
Step 3
It is very useful to passively hang on a horizontal bar or wall bars. After the child hangs a little (as much as possible), remove it and carefully place it on the floor. If he jumps off on his own, the stretched vertebrae will shift again and there will be no effect from the training.
Step 4
Sign up your baby to the pool. Swimming, like no other sport, is indicated for poor posture and scoliosis, because water naturally relieves the spine, while simultaneously strengthening the muscles of the back, making them strong and enduring.
Step 5
Solve the problem comprehensively. The correct development of the child's body, which is one of the main conditions for the prevention of postural disorders, is provided by the general hygienic regime. Provide your child with a balanced and regular diet, sufficient fresh air, correctly combine rest, sleep and study, instill in the child the skills of correct body position when he is sitting or standing, use tempering procedures. See your pediatric orthopedic doctor at least once a year.
