Children's fears are children's emotional reactions to various situations and objects that they perceive as threatening. Fear has many characteristics and varies with the age of the child. It is the direct responsibility of parents to help combat childhood fears. Any fear can seriously affect the inner world of the baby and affect his future life.

Instructions
Step 1
Take all your child's complaints, fears and concerns seriously. Don't laugh at what he says, don't tease him.
Step 2
Find a good moment when your baby is in a good mood and talk to him about his fears. Your main task is to understand what exactly is bothering the child and what is causing the fear.
Step 3
Let your child know that they are not alone. Explain that all people are afraid of something, or tell him about your childhood fears.
Step 4
Be calm and confident. Remember that frightened children lack confidence. Make your child feel like you are supporting and in control.
Step 5
Don't shame your child for feeling fear. Then he will hide it from you, and the fear will only intensify. In this case, the child may feel completely alone, which often leads to depression.
Step 6
Never raise a child with fear. Remember, a child who, for the sake of obedience, is frightened by a babay or an evil uncle, grows up fearful, suspicious and withdrawn in himself.
Step 7
Invite your child to draw their fears. Give him pencils and paper and ask him to paint them in a bright color. Then come up with a funny fairy tale about monsters in which they become kind and good. Gradually, the baby will calm down and begin to cope with his fears on his own.
Step 8
Praise your child more often for any overcoming of fear. For him, this is the best encouragement. Never let your baby know that you love or respect him less for his fears.
Step 9
Create a harmonious family atmosphere. Surround your baby with love, care, attention and do not leave him alone with your fears.
Step 10
Don't overload the child's imagination. Avoid aggressive cartoons, books, toys, and music.
Step 11
Do not leave your child alone with people he does not know.
Step 12
Before bed, tell your child good tales and stories in which there is a positive hero. Then the child will associate himself with such a brave hero and it will be easier for him to overcome all his fears.
